An honest read of every rating across the range, not a sales page.
JusArt averages 4.57 stars across 59 rated listings, with about 37,120 ratings behind the brand in total. That is a good score for the price bracket, and it is not evenly spread.
Of 59 rated listings, 46 sit at 4.6 or above and 11 sit below 4.5. The rating is carried by the markers; the weakest scores are all in the tape range, which is also, by Best Sellers Rank, the brand's strongest seller. High volume and a slightly lower score usually mean the product is being bought by people who did not read the listing carefully — in this case, multi-packs where buyers expected a different width.

On the evidence of its own listings: yes for markers, with a caveat on the tape multi-packs. The acrylic marker range is the part with the most ratings behind it and the most consistent score, and it is the part the brand is actually known for. Read what JusArt does not sell before you commit to a large set — that is the one thing the listings are misleading about.

A brand-level verdict is nearly always the wrong unit. Across JusArt's 65 listings the scores run from the bottom of the 3s to the high 4s, and that spread — not the average — is the thing to act on. Buying well inside a range like this gets you something people rate highly; buying carelessly gets you the listing at the other end of the same distribution, from the same brand, on the same page.
On the evidence in the catalogue, the sets that hold up are JusArt Acrylic Paint Markers 48 Colors, 24…, JusArt Acrylic Paint Markers 96 Colors, 48…, JusArt Acrylic Paint Markers Brush Tip 18…. The ones that do not are JusArt Fineliner Pens, 6 Pcs, 0.25mm Ultra…, JusArt 16 Colors Glitter Markers, Glitter…, JusArt 0.7mm Fine Point White Permanent…. Both groups have enough ratings behind them to be worth something.
Three rules that follow from the data rather than from taste. Sort by rating count, not by score — the most-reviewed listing in a range is usually the one the brand has actually got right, because it is the one that survived contact with the most customers. Treat variations as one product: where several sizes share a score and a count they are one listing, and buying the larger one is a size decision, not a quality one. Check availability before you fall for something — ranges like this churn, and the set you want may not be orderable by the time you decide.
Everything on this page is read off JusArt's own Amazon listings rather than from a press release or a review round-up. That catalogue is 65 listings, 59 of them carrying a star rating, 37,120 ratings between them. The average sits at 4.6, with 54 listings at 4.4 or better.
An average across a whole brand is a weak number, though, and it is worth saying why. Amazon pools ratings across the variations of one parent listing, so a set sold in five sizes can show the same score five times; and a 5.0 from six ratings sits in the same average as a 4.4 from three thousand. That is why the table below is sortable by rating count as well as by score — sorted that way it shows what people have actually bought, which is a far better guide than the score alone.
The strongest listings in the range by score, among those with enough ratings to mean anything, are JusArt Acrylic Paint Markers 48 Colors, 24…, JusArt Acrylic Paint Markers 96 Colors, 48…, JusArt Acrylic Paint Markers Brush Tip 18…. The weakest on the same basis are JusArt Fineliner Pens, 6 Pcs, 0.25mm Ultra…, JusArt 16 Colors Glitter Markers, Glitter…, JusArt 0.7mm Fine Point White Permanent…. The most-reviewed are JusArt Acrylic Paint Markers Brush Tip 18…, JusArt Acrylic Paint Markers Brush Tip 30…, JusArt 48 Colors Acrylic Paint Markers… — and those are the ones whose scores you can lean on.
